These terms apply to every quote, order and file submitted through vectorready.com.au (“VectorReady”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a file or confirming a quote, you agree to them.

1. What we do

VectorReady redraws the artwork you already have, using real fonts and professional vector software, as a clean vector file (AI, EPS, PDF and/or SVG). We correct small mistakes the original file introduced, misaligned letters, broken curves, uneven spacing, as part of the redraw. We don’t provide design services: we don’t create new logos, explore concepts, or make creative changes to your design. If you want a new design rather than a faithful redraw of your existing artwork, this isn’t the right service for that.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this site are a guide only. The final price is confirmed once we’ve reviewed your file and is specific to that job. A confirmed quote is valid for 14 days unless we state otherwise.

3. Payment

Payment is made by card (via Stripe) or PayPal once a quote is confirmed. Final, full-resolution files are released once payment is received in full. We may provide a low-resolution or watermarked preview before payment.

4. Your artwork and intellectual property

By submitting a file, you confirm that you own it or otherwise have the right to have it reproduced and redrawn, and that doing so won’t infringe anyone else’s copyright, trade mark or other rights. You’re responsible for ensuring you hold any licence needed for fonts, images or other elements used in your artwork, we’ll use a visually similar font if the original can’t be identified or confirmed as licensed. You keep ownership of your artwork and the vector file we deliver. You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or cost arising from artwork you submit infringing someone else’s rights.

5. Accuracy guarantee, not a design guarantee

We guarantee the delivered file faithfully matches the artwork you submitted. If it doesn’t, tell us and we’ll fix it at no charge. This guarantee doesn’t cover requests to change the design itself, that’s outside the scope of this service, see clause 1.

6. Colour and print results

We convert RGB colour to CMYK and match Pantone spot colour where requested, to the best commercially reasonable standard. Exact colour reproduction can still vary between screens, printers, materials and substrates once a file leaves our hands, and we’re not liable for colour variation introduced at the print or installation stage.

7. Turnaround

Quotes are returned within one business day of the file being sent. The turnaround stated for your confirmed quote is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery time, and we’re not liable for loss caused by delay.

8. Refunds

Because each job is a faithful redraw of artwork you’ve already approved, we don’t offer refunds for a change of mind once work has started. If delivered files don’t match your original artwork, we’ll correct them under clause 5; if we’re unable to, we’ll refund that job.

9. File retention

Uploaded files and delivered artwork are retained for a limited period to support the job and any follow-up corrections, then deleted. Please keep your own copy of anything you send us and anything we deliver.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or the cost of reprinting. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can’t lawfully be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, regardless of where you’re located or accessing the service from.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you submit a file or confirm a quote applies to that job.
